Faroese language tools

The Faroese tools combine a morphological and morphophonological transducer with the set of lexemes found in Føroysk orðabók into a grammatical parser for Faroese. The morphological coverage is quite good (with some lacunas for strong verbs and adjectives), but the syntactic analyser is in its infancy.
